These benchmark measurements (the "Dataset"), including every data value,
chart image, structured data file (dataset.json, dataset.csv), and the
overall compilation and arrangement of the same, are proprietary editorial
data produced by TechFuelHQ on first-party hardware owned and operated by
Lowell K. Wood IV.

No part of the Dataset — including but not limited to:

  - individual benchmark values
  - any subset, table, or column of values
  - the chart image files (.jpeg, .png)
  - the structured-data files (dataset.json, dataset.csv)
  - the methodology, system-under-test notes, and arrangement of metrics
  - any derivative table, chart, or index built from this Dataset

may be reproduced, republished, redistributed, scraped, mirrored,
mass-quoted, used to train machine-learning models, or used in any
commercial or non-commercial publication, presentation, video, dataset,
or aggregator, by any party other than TechFuelHQ, without prior written
permission from TechFuelHQ.

Brief quotation of small, clearly-attributed excerpts (a single value, a
single metric, or a single chart) for the purpose of editorial commentary,
criticism, comparison, or academic discussion is permitted under standard
fair-use doctrine, provided that:

  - the quoting work clearly attributes the Dataset to TechFuelHQ
  - the attribution links back to the canonical Dataset page at

Provenance:

  All values in the Dataset were measured on Lowell K. Wood IV's home test
  bench in St. Louis County, Missouri, United States, between 2026-06-08
  and 2026-06-11. The card under test is an ASUS ROG Astral GeForce RTX
  5080 OC Edition (NVIDIA GB203 Blackwell, 16 GB GDDR7), installed in the
  operator's primary workstation alongside a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 64 GB
  DDR5-6000 (TEAMGROUP UD5-6000 / SK Hynix), and a 1000 W PSU. Methodology,
  per-chart sourcing notes, and OC offsets are documented in dataset.json
  and MANIFEST.txt.

  Hardware identity and system-under-test provenance is independently
  verifiable: an ASUSGPUZ identity card for the RTX 5080 Astral and a
  signed ROG CPU-Z validation file (CPU-Z .cvf) for the host system are
  retained by the publisher and can be furnished on request.
